There are many ways to help Thailand’s captive elephants, who need your help more than ever. Many organisations receive donations, and you can even choose to sponsor or adopt an elephant.

🐘 Trunks Up’s Food Bank provides food for elephants such as corn, watermelons, papaya, pumpkins and sugarcane.

🐘 Donations to the Save Elephant Foundation provide for elephant healthcare, rescues and land purchases. You can also sponsor an elephant.

🐘 To help Burm and Emily’s Elephant Sanctuary, you can adopt an elephant or donate directly to the BEES Elephants Foundation

🐘 Boon Lott’s Elephant Sanctuary uses donations to pay for food, rescues, medical care and mahout salaries. They also have a wishlist of needed items.

🐘 You can sponsor an elephant or make a donation to Tree Tops Elephant Reserve, or purchase clothing from Wild&Grey to benefit the reserve’s elephants.

🐘 Gentle Giants and Samui Elephant Sanctuary also offer elephant sponsorships.

🐘 Donations towards the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation go towards elephant care and food, and you can even book in a Zoom call with elephants!

🐘 You can donate to Mahouts Elephant Foundation to help mahouts and elephants at this difficult time.

🐘 Never Forget Elephant Foundation has a monthly donation program, with all proceeds going to elephant food and care.

🐘 You can help out Phuket Elephant Sanctuary with elephant food and healthcare in a number of ways, including by purchasing a copy of one of their short films about their rescued elephants.
